To simplify managing your guest reviews we have added the ability to do this from within Caterbook.
From the menu, under Settings click OTA Connections.
On the next screen, on the Booking.com row, click on the keyboard icon to manage your reviews (take care NOT to hit the delete icon.)
Then, from here you will be able to respond to your guest's comments without needing to log in to Booking.com to do so.
