The RFM report can be found under the Reports menu.
The RFM report allows you to search your customer database based on Recency of booking, Frequency of booking within a specified period and Monetary Value expended within a specified period, for marketing purposes.
1. Recency
You can filter the Recency report by selecting the number of months you require it to display. It will list the names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, a booking source (where applicable) and if the guest has opted in to a newsletter subscription. The information can be exported to a .CSV file, using the yellow Export to CSV button in the top right hand corner of the report.
2. Frequency
The second report is used to display the same details, where guests have booked a specified number of times within a date range eg. more than once within 24 months.
The information can be exported to a .CSV file, using the yellow Export to CSV button in the top right hand corner of the report.
3. Monetary Value
The final report allows you to search for details where the total booking value is more than a specified amount for a date range eg. more than £200 in the last 24 months.
