Today's arrivals and departures can be viewed on the Dashboard. The Arrivals & Departures panels have pop up screens, which extends their functionality to enable you to better manage guests in reception.
You can launch the screens from the yellow triangles in the bottom right corners of each panel.
Arrivals
Multi room bookings show the lead guest with a blue tick.
The Rateplan short code is displayed, along with the number of booked guests and the duration of stay.
Guests can be checked in, and SMS messages sent to any guest in reception who has not already accepted your terms and conditions. Additionally, booking notes can now be viewed with a tooltip.
Departures
Booking balances are displayed along with any bookings having un-invoiced items. Any corporate partner bookings are highlighted with the same briefcase icon found when batch creating the day's invoices in Manage invoices.
