Occasionally, you may need to charge a card again - perhaps to cover off any breakages or to charge a penalty. It's possible to re-bill a stored card multiple times and for an amount which exceeds the booking value.
Open the booking record and go to the Finance tab. A previously Verified or charged card will have a blue card icon at the end of it's row. Clicking this will enable you to Rebill it for your required amount.
Where several cards have been entered previously, you can see the card mask (highlighted) so can select the correct card.
A card can be Rebilled within a year of the original transaction.
The red icon with two arrows forming a circle allows you to refund a transaction for up to 6 months.
