Following major changes to rates and availability (particularly where minimum length of stays are being changed) we always advise manually syncing to the OTAs to push through the updates.
Also if you see any error messages on your Dashboard screen regarding outbound synchronisation it would be sensible to resync.
From the Settings sub-menu select OTA connections.
Click the blue Link icon next to the OTA to open the connection settings.
Click the Sync Availability button to push through availability.
If you have made any significant changes to your pricing (adding or removing Min Length of Stay entries for example) you should Sync Rates.
