1. We advise against excessive mapping of the same physical room to multiple room types, especially where those rooms are being sent to OTA's. We have seen a reservation come in with 4 room types for the last remaining room from booking.com...
2. After any such remapping, we recommend syncing availability to your OTA's
From the menu click Inventory / Assign Rooms
You can set the order in which bookings will be assigned to rooms using the drop down. No two rooms can be assigned the same order.
After making your updates, scroll down and click to Save changes
