Each account has an invoice template, which can be customised with a property logo and personalised footer text. This can be edited from within the Invoice template screen under Messaging centre sub-menu.
A logo can be uploaded to appear on property invoices (and payment receipts) by selecting the Logo option and using the Upload Logo button to locate your logo image from a PC file (the maximum image size is 4MB). A thumbnail of the logo will appear on the screen once a logo has been successfully uploaded. Should you need to change the logo, you can use the Change Logo button to select and upload a new one.
If you don't have a logo or would prefer text as the invoice header, selecting the Text option, will simply add the property name to the top of invoices.
For invoices to be emailed, they need to be attached to a cover email template. Each account will have a standard invoice email template set up by default, which can be edited. However if a new one is created from scratch, it will need to be attached to the invoice template using the Choose button.
The Footer text allows you to add any optional free form text underneath the invoice. This could be used to add invoice payment instructions, bank details for BACS, company details etc
Once the template is saved, a preview of the invoice can be seen on the right hand side of the screen.
