You can manage your promotions from the Promo codes screen found within the Pricing menu.
The filter options at the top of the screen, allow you to filter the list of promotions based on promotion Type (fixed fee, percentage, sale item) Rate Schedule (Public, Corporate, OTA) and finally Activity (active/inactive).
Promo Codes can be set as Inactive or Active by selecting the required option from the drop down menu. To edit a specific promo code, click the Edit icon.
The Export to CSV option allows you to export the full list of promo codes by, using the select all check box, or alternatively, you can choose to export specific codes by clicking the checkbox next to each one.
