For security reasons, if you try to log into Caterbook but your details are entered incorrectly 3 times, the system will lock you out for 10 minutes.
For this reason, we recommend that you reset your password after two failed attempts.
We also recommend that every staff user has their own login, with access privileges appropriate to their role.
If you are locked out, wait 10 minutes and then reset your password. Check your spam folder if the email hasn't arrived within a few minutes.
