N.B. Card details stored within Caterpay can only be rebilled within Caterbook up to 360 days after the date of the most recent transaction eg. a verification or sale. (They can be rebilled up to 403 days from within the Caterpay MMS.)
N.B. When the lead guest details are detached from a room, any scheduled emails and SMS will no longer be sent, and it won't be possible to manually send emails from within the booking record. Re-attaching a guest to a room will not automatically send out any scheduled emails and therefore these will need to me managed manually.
