Cleaning groups allow you to break down the Housekeeping report into groups of fewer related rooms such as those on the ground floor or west corridor. These grouped rooms can then be assigned to individual cleaning staff to manage.
From the Housekeeping config screen under Inventory, click the Cleaning groups tab.
Click Add new, and then
- Enter a Group Name
- Set the Status as Active
- Click Add Room and select which room to add to this group, and repeat until all rooms are added. Then click Save.
Then, when viewing the Housekeeping report, you can filter by clicking Choose group from the top left.
