If you have a non-refundable Advance Purchase rate, Caterpay can charge a guest on your website, in full at the time of booking.
For OTA bookings though, you need to manually charge the (tokenised) card using Caterpay.
To ensure you don't forget to charge your guest, you can create an email template to be sent out for all OTA bookings made under this rate.
From Messaging Centre / Templates, scroll down and Add new.
Ensure the booking Source is set as OTA, and choose your Rate plan from the drop down.
You need to ensure the Recipient of this email is the Property.

Once you have saved your template, you need to Schedule this to go out when a new booking is received.
