You can check to see if an email or SMS message has been sent from the Logs screen under the Messaging centre sub-menu.
By default, the log displays all messages in order of Time Sent (the most recent first) however it's possible to reverse the order by clicking on the various headers to switch the order of the list.
You can search for a particular booking reference number or email address using the Search box. Clicking the booking reference number in the list will open the booking record.
It's also possible to use the Filter option to filter the list based on the following criteria - Date (time sent) Status (Ready to Send, In Queue, Sent, Failed), Type (Email, SMS).
Each log entry displays the booking reference number, message type, recipient email address, email template title, scheduled date/time, actual time/date sent and the status. You can view the email by clicking the Information icon.
